- A dash of cumin seeds
- A pinch of fennel seeds
- 1 robust onion, meticulously minced
- 4 cloves of garlic, diced to perfection
- A touch of ground ginger
- A whisper of turmeric powder
- A sprinkle of Kashmiri red chilli powder
- A dash of aromatic garam masala
- One 400g can of diced tomatoes
- 1 tsp of fine caster sugar
- 2 hearty spoons of rich Greek yogurt
- Fresh coriander, chopped for garnishing
- Fluffy rice or warm naan for a wholesome meal
