Ingredients:
- 2 cans (14 ounces each) of artichoke hearts in water, cleaned, drained, and roughly diced
- 2 cups of mozzarella cheese, partly skimmed and grated
- 1 pack (8 ounces) of smooth cream cheese, segmented
- 1 cup of freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup of creamy mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup of finely grated Swiss cheese
- 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons of unsweetened yogurt
- 1 tablespoon of all-purpose seasoning salt
- 1 tablespoon of finely diced jalapeno (with seeds removed)
- 1 teaspoon of powdered garlic essence
- Crunchy tortilla chips, for serving
