- 100 ml fresh milk
- 50 g finely grated cheese (perhaps Comté or your choice)
- 150 g all-purpose flour
- 1/2 sachet of leavening agent
- 50 g crushed hazelnuts
- 1 even teaspoon of salt
- 1 precise teaspoon of pepper
- 30 g walnut halves
- 1 tablespoon of premium oil
- Fresh salad greens for garnish
- Cooking spray or butter for greasing
