Ingredients:
- 2 onions, peeled
- 2 kg salt-cured pork ham roast
- 2 aromatic bay leaves
- 4 fragrant juniper berries
- 1 tbsp coarsely ground black peppercorns
- 500g ‘Rustic Farmer’s Crust’ bread mix
- 2 tbsp tangy mustard
- A medley of half a bundle of chives, parsley, and dill
- Fresh sprigs of chervil (1/2 pot)
- 3 tbsp creamy Schmand (or sour cream)
- 5 tbsp wholesome whole milk yogurt
- 3 tbsp classic salad mayonnaise
- Salt to taste
- Freshly ground pepper
- All-purpose flour for dusting
- Baking parchment
