Ingredients
For the Artisanal Dough:
- 300g robust white baking flour, with a sprinkle for dusting
- A pinch of fast-action dried yeast (approximately half a sachet)
- A splash of olive oil
For the Luscious Filling:
- A ripe tomato, sliced into halves
- 4 strips of succulent cooked ham
- 150g of velvety mozzarella, sliced and touched with seasoning
- A few rocket leaves for that peppery bite (totally your choice)
- 6 tablespoons of homemade pesto (keep scrolling for the recipe!)
- A dollop of olive oil
