- 1 tin (314 ml) of mandarin segments
- 0.5 liters fresh milk
- 1 tbsp cornflour
- A whisper of salt
- 2 sachets of vanilla-infused sugar
- 2 rich egg yolks
- 1 tbsp freshly-chopped pistachios

I was pleasantly surprised by this dessert! The combination of mandarin oranges and raspberry jelly created a lovely, tangy flavor profile, and the vanilla-pistachio drizzle added an exquisite touch.
