For the filling & topping:
- 1/2 cup softened butter
- 1/4 cup freshly diced green onions
- 1/2 cup premium stone-ground mustard
- 1/4 cup creamy mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup natural honey
- 10 substantial slices of deli ham, divided into quarters
- 10 pieces of authentic Swiss cheese, divided into quarters
- 2-1/2 cups freshly shredded romaine lettuce
Garnish:
- 20 fresh ripe olives, drained and gently dried
- 20 olives filled with pimiento, drained and gently dried
- 40 decorative toothpicks
