- 500g authentic yogurt
A dash of fresh coriander
- 100g tropical coconut chunks
- A hint of mint
- 2 zesty limes
- 1⁄2 crisp cucumber
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 dainty shallot
- 1 green firecracker (chilli)
- Condiments: salt, pepper, sugar, and a drizzle of olive oil
