For the Bread:
- 1 tsp Fennel seeds
- 2 petite carrots
- 500 ml Buttermilk
- 600 g full-bodied whole-grain spelt flour
- 1 sachet dry yeast
- 50 g Nutritious oat bran
- 50 g Nutty flaxseed
- 150 g Wheat sprouts
- 2 to 2 1/2 tsp Sea salt
- 4 Fresh thyme sprigs
For the Goat Cheese Spread:
- 75 g Crunchy radish sprouts
- 300 g Rich goat cream cheese (ensure it’s at least 45% dry fat)
- 2 tbsp Creamy whole milk yoghurt
- 2 tsp Textured grain mustard
- 1 to 2 tbsp Sweet lavender honey
For Prepping:
- A sprinkle of flour
- Cooking fat
