  • 500 ml Buttermilk
  • 600 g full-bodied whole-grain spelt flour
  • 1 sachet dry yeast
  • 50 g Nutritious oat bran
  • 50 g Nutty flaxseed
  • 150 g Wheat sprouts
  • 2 to 2 1/2 tsp Sea salt
  • 4 Fresh thyme sprigs

For the Goat Cheese Spread:

  • 75 g Crunchy radish sprouts
  • 300 g Rich goat cream cheese (ensure it’s at least 45% dry fat)
  • 2 tbsp Creamy whole milk yoghurt
  • 2 tsp Textured grain mustard
  • 1 to 2 tbsp Sweet lavender honey
