- 8-10 fresh thyme sprigs
- 1/2 cube (21 g) active fresh yeast
- 600 g + an extra 100 g all-purpose flour
- A pinch of salt
- 250 g Crème fraîche
- 150 g thinly sliced smoked salmon
- Half a bunch of fresh basil
- Zest from one organic lemon
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- Ground black pepper
- All-purpose flour (for dusting)
