- 2 ruby-red onions
- 1 tbsp delicate sweet mustard
- 2 tbsp zesty medium-spiced mustard
- 4 tbsp of crisp white wine vinegar
- A pinch of salt and freshly cracked pepper
- 8 tbsp of smooth cooking oil
