Ingredients

For the Artisanal Dough:

• 300g robust white baking flour, with a sprinkle for dusting
• A pinch of fast-action dried yeast (approximately half a sachet)
• A splash of olive oil

For the Luscious Filling:

• A ripe tomato, sliced into halves
• 4 strips of succulent cooked ham
• 150g of velvety mozzarella, sliced and touched with seasoning
• A few rocket leaves for that peppery bite (totally your choice)
• 6 tablespoons of homemade pesto (keep scrolling for the recipe!)
• A dollop of olive oil
