- 2 cloves of oven-roasted garlic
- 11⁄2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
- Zest and juice of half a zesty lemon
- 1⁄2 tsp of aromatic smoked paprika
- A can of butter beans (400g), properly drained and rinsed
- 2 fire-roasted bell peppers, carved into thin strips
- 150g of sun-ripened cherry tomatoes, sliced into two
- 100g of fresh arugula (rocket)
- 150g of tender, previously roasted chicken
- 25g of crumbled, creamy feta cheese
