Description
Ingredients:
- 250 g fresh strawberries
- 100 g creamy whipped cream
- 100 g Mascarpone cheese
- 200 g Light quark (or cottage cheese)
- 60 g granulated sugar
- 1 sachet vanilla-flavored sugar
- Fresh juice from half a lemon
- 8 tsp Orange liqueur
- 50 g Crisp orange biscuits
- 1 tsp fine cocoa powder
