- 1 tbsp of creamy low-fat mayo
- 1 tbsp velvety fat-free natural yogurt
- Zest and juice from ½ a tangy lime, and extra wedges for garnishing
- 60g of succulent cooked king prawns
- Delicate leaves from 1 Little Gem lettuce
- ¼ of a refreshing cucumber, transformed into elegant ribbons
- 4 ruby cherry tomatoes, neatly halved
