- 1 kg of sun-kissed tomatoes
- 1 vibrant red pepper and 1 lively green pepper
- 2 whispers of garlic
- 1 tsp quick-mix vegetable broth
- 6 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tbsp robust red wine vinegar
- A pinch of salt, pepper, and a sprinkle of sugar
- 1/2 refreshingly cool cucumber
- 1 petite onion
- A few zests of lemon juice
