Quite tasty! Loved the sweet and sour balance. Just wish it was a tad less sweet.

Caponata was okay, needed more capers and olives for that authentic punch. Decent effort.

I’m a huge fan of caponata, and this Simplistic Caponata Delight did not disappoint! It was a perfect blend of savory, sweet, and sour, with the olives and capers providing a nice briny contrast to the sweetness of the eggplant.
