- 5 medium-sized potatoes
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- 500 g turkey fillets, generously stuffed with a blend of bread and baked apple
- 1 pack (100 g) crisp winter greens blend
- 1 container (425 ml) chunky white giant beans
- A pinch of salt
- A dash of pepper
- 4-5 tbsp pale balsamic reduction
- A hint of sugar
