- A sprig of fresh flat-leaf parsley, meticulously chopped
- A single robust garlic clove, minced to perfection
- 1 tbsp pristine white balsamic vinegar or an alternative of sherry vinegar
- 7 tbsp of the finest extra virgin olive oil
- 8 medium-sized eggs
- 250g sun-kissed red peppers, pre-roasted & jarred, drained and elegantly sliced into ribbons
- Rustic bread slices for accompaniment
